Weiqing Sun (S'06-M'09) received B.E. and M.E. degrees in computer science and engineering from Tongji University, China, in 1998 and 2001 respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from Stony Brook University, Stony Brook, NY, in 2008.,Since then, he has been an assistant professor in the Department of Engineering Technology at the University of Toledo, OH. His research interests include computer and network security, in particular, malware defense and detection, security policy development, intrusion detection, and security issues with cloud computing, healthcare system, and smart grid.
