Dear Prof. Dr. ....,

Congratulations, your International Journal of Informatics and Communication Technology has been accepted for Scopus.

The Scopus Content Selection & Advisory Board (CSAB) has reviewed your application and approved it for coverage.

For your information, the reviewer comments are copied below:

We appreciated the efforts made by the editorial team. We can see that the journal has some merits and attracts a reasonable number of papers that appear to be of some interest. We still see that several abstracts are borderline readable which points to sub-par refereeing quality. May be the reviewers should be encouraged to point out if a submissions needs stylistic improvement, possibly involving corrections by native English speakers. Some submissions are at the very edge of the scope (I think outside, but one can argue). The journal did attract some citations to it from different sources. We strongly encourage the editorial team to ensure that the papers are: within scope, soundly reviewed scientifically and stylistically. We have accepted the title at this point, but will review the title again to see if the measures employed by the editorial team will be working and the journal can then be kept in Scopus.
